RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns

To request a return, email us at kaliofficial.pk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, gift cards, and customized products are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
